Converting Audio Files
Converting audio files using a proper software program allows you to transcribe file extensions that your transcription platform may not be compatible with. It's a life saving tool. Oh and you can convert large file extensions like WAV into mp3 for example, thus reducing file sizes for easier transfer of files, etc.
Oh my god how many times has a client sent you a transcription file and you've loaded it on to your transcription platform and it cannot be transcribed, the platform doesn't recognise the file extension? And you're in a panic thinking what am I going to do?
