They have reviews from 2002 through to 2007. Dragon Naturally Speaking speech recognition software has won more than 175 awards worldwide.

Whilst you're there, you can also purchase the software from them and hardware, such as transcription gear and headphones as well. The products are for all typists/transcribers, not just for medical, as their name would presumably suggest.
