I have recently discovered that micro business owners are not aware of the necessity of having complete and accurate procedure manuals. I have recently completed a manual for one client, and am excited about locating other clients who require this process to be created or updated. This is now an administration aspect that I will be advertising as one of my specialities, as in my previous full-time employment, a large percentage of my job was to write the procedure manual for all aspects of the business. This proves that the things that you don't think are really important or worth advertising, really can help your business.
