I agree with the above comment. Most people will otherwise hire a professional, type out the script themselves or use a program that converts their own voice to text - which basically means you would have to read the original transcription before the computer could convert it into text.
If you are stuck, there are alot of people out there who can transcribe the recording for you.

I don't think that's possible. If so all us transcribers would be out of a job. If you can't type you can look at voice recognition software as these days the software is very good and is TRAINED to recognise YOUR voice only and I use it. I find it's 80% useful, I still touch the keyboard 20% of the time, but that's me, I love to type. Some people use this software to try and transcribe other voices or recordings like you say, but the output is atrocious.
