I have attached on my site some transcription templates that you can peruse and copy. They are at www.virtual-assistant-advice.com/free_transcription_templates.html. Microsoft Word is easy to use once you get over the fact that it's something new for you. I don't use macros, for simple Q & A templates I just type a few Q & A's down the page and just copy and past them a few dozen times, etc etc and then I have a document full of Q & As down the page and I just type in the information. You can set one document up yourself in this way and always use that one as your template. I only use macros if a client sends a document with macros in it, I can't remember how to set them up myself. Hope I've helped. Kind regards Sandra, site owner
