VA niche, spreadsheeting, reconciliations, data manipulation?

Hi I have a friend who works for a bank and does basic spreadsheeting through to reconciliations in Excel, not accountant's work, but accounting type work and some data entry of course. She would like to use these skills in a VA business.

Are there any VAs out there that offer this service and find clients who require this sort of administrative work to be performed? What industries are these clients in?
