Virtual assistant sample business plan
A virtual assistant sample business plan should not be very complicated. Yes there is a bit of information needed, but such a plan is not difficult to write.
A business plan is usually broken up into the following sections:
Executive Summary: Write this last. It’s a concise couple of pages or so summarising your company, your market, your service in the case of a virtual assistant, your business set up, team, partners, etc, and financial analysis.
Company Description: Set up, legal, history, start up plans, location.
Service: What you are offering and customer benefits, delivery mechanisms, pricing, etc.
Market Analysis: You need to know your market, customer needs, where they are, how to reach them. Target market and why, market expansion, current state of the market, future of the market, approaching the market, any risks.
Strategy and Implementation: Very specifically with your responsbilities and budgets, infrastructure, services, delivery processes, accounting methods and practices, customer management.
Web Plan Summary: If you go online include website details, costs, service and marketing strategies.
Management Team: You may be in partnership with another virtual assistant, but include all details, whether you're a sole business owner or not.
Financial Analysis: Include at the very least your projected profit and loss, your expenses and income.
