Voice transcription software

Yes there is such a thing a voice transcription software out there and it's avaiable to us transcribers and other typists quite cheaply.

Proper voice transcription or voice recognition typing software is here in the form of naturally speaking software. There are so many softwares out there, but in my books and according to reviews, etc, naturally speaking software is the best voice recognition software. I love it.

Now without getting all technical, naturally speaking software allows you to speak normally and naturally and your spoken words are typed miraculously out on the page as you speak. It's magic and it still amazes me. The more naturally you speak, the better the software works. There are never any spelling errors either. You can speak quite fast too, so this is great for slower typists. Your work output is increased dramatically.

You have to spend half an hour or so to actually train your voice recognition software to recognise your specific voice. It's great, because it learns how you speak and transcribes you quite accurately. You can't have anyone else use your software as it only can learn one voice.

Unbelievable I know, the advances in voice recognition software are amazing.

I do however find that still sometimes the software misunderstands me and types in other words for instance, so it's not 100% and you do have to check everything it types in and you do have to change things around sometimes. But still it saves my fingers and it's accurate most of the time and that's good enough for me.
